BeneFit Sunbeam Free with InStyle Magazine

I just thought I'd hop on and blog about a little freebie I came across today. I don't usually buy magazines for free products but I've been wanting to try BeneFit's Sunbeam for a while and the magazine was only £2.50 in Tesco (normally £3.80).

The sample is a dinky 4ml but contains more than enough product to try for a little while, at least. I was under the impression that this was a really dark golden colour and that's part of the reason I've not purchased the full size already. I was worried it'd be too dark to use as a highlighting product. However, as you can see in the swatch, it's more of a dark champagne shade which is a perfect highlight colour for me. When blended out it looks pretty subtle but I can't wait to try it out on my face very soon.

If you're not interested in trying Sunbeam you could pick up a mini BeneTint or Cha Cha Tint instead. The magazine is full of high street finds this month so I'm probably going to spend part of this evening reading that!

Have you tried Sunbeam?

Stace xx

  2. Ah I need to go get some of this as I would never use up a full size so the trials are perfect. I just recently picked up Marie Claire and they are offering a full sized L'Occitane hand cream and sample of Dove conditioner if you are interested? Love it when the good freebies come out :-)

    1. Don't they offer similar freebies in Germany? Xx

    2. Nope. They sometimes have a combo of a regular issue plus extra issues for special topics for the prize of just the regular one but I have never seen any cosmetic freebies. It's a shame, really. Xx

  4. I picked this up this evening in Tesco. The magazine was on a special deal there for £2.50 and I also got Sun Beam as I've been wanted to try that for a while. That's my evenings entertainment sorted!

  6. i was really disappointed with sun beam. i have light brown skin, and it just doesn't show up on me at all. it looks vaguely glittery, but that's about it :( wish it was darker.

  10. These sample sizes are amazing they last forever too unless you use them all the time but makeup junkies like ourselves have so many others in circulation we can get a good while out of them. Ppl are always selling samples on ebay too for abt 99p a few of these adds up to a full size and is abt £20 cheaper x
