Boots Extracts Mango Sugar Scrub

After an awful experience with the Botanics Moisturising Scrub (see post here), I trotted along to Boots in search of a replacement scrub and this is what I came home with. The Extracts Mango Sugar Scrub is priced at £7.95 (link) but I got it as part of a 3 for 2 offer which Boots always seem to have going on.

I've used shower gels from the Extracts range before and always loved the scents so I thought I'd like this too. Unfortunately it doesn't smell too great; it's not as 'fresh' smelling as I was expecting. I could have got past that if it did its job as a scrub, though.

Unfortunately this was the second scrub-related disappointment for me! It was difficult to use, it didn't stick to my skin at all therefore I got absolutely no exfoliation benefits from this product. It also left an insane residue in our bath which has been so difficult to remove. I'm not impressed!

Let me know if you've tried this product and liked it. I've found a new scrub which I love, watch out for a review on that soon!

Stace xx
